What’s a head check?
A person may have lice and not know it — lice don't always itch. Through careful inspection, we can rule out the presence of lice and nits within about 15 minutes. It’s not a complicated process — we thoroughly comb through the hair and inspect the follicles, looking for any evidence of lice on the head. We provide next steps in the event of detection or a note certifying a head free from lice.
